Clay Pigeon Shooting

Clay Pigeon shooting is a firm favourite with everyone who has tried it from individuals, stag/hen parties to large corporate groups. It is a great fun activity for almost anybody from 12 years upwards to try.

Over the past 20 years we have introduced vast numbers of people to Clay Pigeon shooting who have taken up the sport and return regularly to us as well as compete in events around the country.

Tuition comes from former English sporting champion and international shot Rob Ireland and his team of qualified instructors whose knowledgeable and reassuring manner will guarantee you’ll feel at ease. If Clay Pigeon shooting is new to you, you’ll likely surprise yourself at how quickly you pick it up. We are set up to cater for everyone from beginners and novices, with a variety of different stands that include ‘going away’, ‘crossing’, ‘driven’ and many other varying targets depending on your skill level. To make it more challenging, we will be releasing ‘doubles’ or ‘following pairs’. Oh, and for the experts amongst you, we’ll be varying the size of the targets! You’ll love the buzz you get from this activity and will start to get very competitive amongst your friends especially if you hit two clays with one shot!

Ear defenders and eye protection are of course all provided and we have shotguns to suit everyone from 12 bore or the lighter 20 bore over and under depending upon age and/or size. We also use light loaded cartridges to reduce recoil.

Our Clay Pigeon shooting range is set in the middle of a picturesque valley right in the heart of the Cotswold countryside which overlooks a Deer park.
